We take an all-natural approach to all things food.We believe in supporting the local farmers and growers and never add anything that is not grown naturally. Our artisan approach to the bread gives it the "old world" flavor and texture that sets apart from any other bread available. Stop in today to enjoy a free sample of any our products.
Our bread is based around a natural fermentation process known as a white starter or mother dough. We use very little processed yeast and take the time to develop flavor naturally. All of our breads enjoy an extended fermentation time through refrigeration over night. This process allows the natural sweetness and nuttiness of the grains to take center stage. This also allows us to add very few flavour enhancers such as sugar, dairy, and salt. Making for a much healthier experience!
We are now serving lunch! A full line of hot and cold sandwiches along with 2 daily soups. Of course everything is fresh and seasonal! Eat in our dining room, we offer cozy seating with wi-fi. Or take it with you for a quick lunch on the go.
